Sponsor Spotlight: Madison Jaqua & Jaqua Realtors

Today we are thanking Madison Jaqua and Jaqua Realtors for being a Venetian Fest 2023 Sponsor. Madison Jaqua loves being involved in the community and understands the importance of supporting local events like Venetian Fest 2023. She enjoys being able to bring people to town and sharing all that the area offers including the fun events!

Jaqua Realtors has been a family owned and operated business since 1975. Madison’s grandfather began the business. Madison, her sister and her dad currently run Jaqua. They operate under a “family of services” model which means they do it all. They provide residential, commercial, long- and short-term rentals, property management, corporate relocation, home-staging and interior design. They also arrange mortgages, titles and insurance. They want their guests to have a great experience from beginning to end which means offering excellent customer service.

The Jaqua family may be small, but they take great pride in being strong members of the community. They strive to foster growth wherever they can provide it. Madison’s sister, Devin, works in the South Haven office. Ryann, the youngest, is finishing college, and mom and dad are both in Kalamazoo. Madison joined the business four years ago and has been in the Saugatuck office the past two and a half years. She recently graduated from the University of Michigan with her MBA. In her spare time, you may find Madison coaching club volleyball with her mom, who is the club director.

Madison and her staff plan on attending their first Venetian Festival this July! They are excited for all the fun events from the boat parade to the concert. Madison said, “Venetian is an amazing event as it has something for everyone!”
