Myka Tommola, Douglas Branch Manager, shared that one of Macatawa Bank’s goals as a small community bank is to give back to the community. Venetian Fest is an opportunity to give back. Myka also encourages Macatawa Bank employees to get involved. Many have volunteered at local events and you may see them as volunteers at Venetian Fest 2023.
Myka enjoys Venetian Fest because there is fun for everyone — even for those that don’t have a boat. It appeals to all audiences as it has something for everyone. Her favorite part is the concert with Star Farm.
Macatawa Bank is pleased to be a part of this tight knit community. They are concerned about the same things we are. When they learned that Rotary was dedicating the Venetian Fest proceeds to the environment and the health of the waterways, it was just the reason they needed to support the cause.
